I ordered a hoodie for my wife and when it arrived the color of the grim reaper was a little hard to see. I contacted Tim, the owner, and he took care of it right away. Making sure to correct the print and remove that color combo. I was so impressed with how fast he acted to make things perfect! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with customer service! The product is really good quality, my wife wears it a lot!! It’s not a super stretchy material so if you like them loose I’d go a size bigger than normal.
